An official recall of the following models has been made for a faulty brake light switch. Seems exhaust and engine heat could cause the switch to fail and not light up the brake lights or light up the brake lights permanently, or -- worse -- cause a leak in the brake line that results in no rear brake at all.
If you're on this list of bikes between now and 2008, call your dealer for a fix.
