Local motorcycle dealer, enthusiast and supporter James Jarman told Facebook fans Tuesday that he was out of the University of Virginia Medical Center and on his way home.
Unfortunately, it could not be confirmed in person, but James posted on his page that he was heading home.
Mr. Jarman, who is a driving force behind Jarman Sportcycles, the local Suzuki and Yamaha dealer in Charlottesville, spent nearly a month in the hospital suffering from septic shock. Family and friends said he had tough go of it and that his heart stopped at least once while in the intensive care unit.
James' Facebook site has been the center of rider wishes and prayers since James was admitted on June 30. Friends and family said there were days when things did not look good, but they never gave up hope or prayer and sought the same from friends.
