ZX-10 recalled for wiring harness

By rainman Print Preview

The National Highway Transportation and Safety Administration says Kawasaki is recalling 2011 Ninja ZX-10Rs and ABS models because of wiring harness issues.

Seems the harness could become pinched between the rear subframe, fender or the rear subframe and the bolt that holds the seat cover and screw up the wires. That could cause a short between wires and the body which could unexpectedly shot down the engine.

Not happy.

Call your Kawasaki dealer for more information.
