No Fritos: According to the Shawnee News-Star in Shawnee, Okla., the Bandido’s Motorcycle Club and 15 named plaintiffs are taking it to local law enforcement officials, the county jail and a local hotel for rights violations when police rounded up a bunch of folks suspected of being bikers in a bar fight.
Bikers in a bar fight are nothing, new, but cops reportedly got the hotel manager to let them into a hospitality room allegedly booked by the club where they behaved very intensely and somewhat rudely and arrested everyone there. The suit claims lousy treatment, continued harassment and questioning, violation of jail house procedures and most of all, Miranda Rights violations.
