Albemarle native Aaron Sylvester's ski Wing

There's a lot of riding going on.

Out in Colorado, University of Virginia graduate and former Albemarle County resident Aaron Sylvester is combining two of his loves, his new Gold Wing and skiing, for the ultimate ski tour.

Mr. Sylvester, on an older, golder Wing, once road across country and through Alaska and back down to Jeffersonia one  summer, just for the hell of it. He's got the riding chops.

Also on facebook is the local riding society, Southern Reapers. The group gets out on a regular basis and last weekend took a trip up to the Shenandoah National Park. Check out their facebook page and get in touch if you want to ride.

And Stephanie from Virgina Power Motor Sports has been taking the Can-Am Spyder out for a few rides in the past couple of weeks, working on a fund raiser a couple of weeks ago and last weekend's Ride for Roy.
