By rainman Print Preview

According to the Richmond Times-Dispatch, which is covering the court case involving members of the Outlaws MC and Pagans MC, 14 current or former members of the Outlaws have signed plea deals in the wake of federal indictments last June.

The trial of five Outlaws begins Wednesday in Richmond with six more going to trial in December, the paper reported.

Several of the plea bargains approved in court have required that the riders give up their motorcycles, although not requiring cooperation or testimony. Apparently, the federal government needs more Harleys.

In addition to the local arrests, members of the Outlaws were were arrested in Maine, Montana, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Wisconsin.
