Girls want to have fun, the women did

Women all over the world wanted to have fun and ride a few miles on their own and, last Friday, they did.

Local SOBs Stef, Michaux and Mary rode the Blue Ridge Parkway, visiting assorted other sites and maybe picking up some malted beverages for later, all in honor of  International Female Ride Day.

 Best of all was the cause for which they rode:  The fun, joy and hell of it.

The idea of the international day was to show women riding in numbers. That would call attention to the needs of women riders for manufacturers, designers and other riders.
