Was actually only 103 miles. I found a little shortcut that cut a few miles off the trip back home tonight. Amazingly, the ride home was warmer than the trip to Roanoke. Probably because when I stopped to get gas I put the insert into my winter riding jacket. Good thing too. The void between Staunton and Waynesboro got mighty chilly. Funny enough, Afton was a bit warmer.
